126 driving schools established across Punjab

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Mar, 2026) DIG Traffic Punjab Muhammad Waqas Nazir, while reiterating his commitment to making citizens confident drivers, has said that quality driving training is being promoted by the traffic police across the province.

So far, 126 driving schools have been established across Punjab, he added.

In provincial metropolis, there are at least 10 major City Traffic Police driving school centers, offering training for motorcycles and cars.

The official schools operate at various locations, including Kahna, Greater Iqbal Park, Garden Town, Township, Liberty, DHA, Bahria Town, and Manawan. Specialized schools like the Aabshar Driving School for women are also available.
