188th Recruit Training Course Passing-Out Parade Held at Police Training College Shahdadpur

SANGHAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jul, 2026) The passing-out parade of the 188th Recruit Training Course was held at the Police Training College Shahdadpur, where newly trained police recruits completed their training and formally joined the Sindh Police force.

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Shaheed Benazirabad Range Faisal Bashir Memon attended the ceremony as the chief guest. He inspected the parade and congratulated the recruits on successfully completing their training.

Addressing the ceremony, the DIG said that Sindh Police was playing a vital role in maintaining law and order and eliminating terrorism across the province. He paid tribute to the hundreds of police personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty for the restoration of peace.

He urged the newly passed-out recruits to perform their duties with honesty, discipline, commitment to the rule of law and a spirit of public service to ensure the protection of the lives and properties of citizens.

Principal Police Training College Shahdadpur and SSP Zahida Parveen, while addressing the ceremony, said that modern training was being provided to police officers and personnel in accordance with contemporary requirements. She added that special focus was being given to the training of female police officials so they could effectively serve women and other segments of society after joining field duties.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, awards and certificates were distributed among recruits who demonstrated outstanding performance during the training course.
