LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jun, 2026) Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association (PCMA) has officially announced the Pakistan Chemical Expo 2026, scheduled for June 5–6, 2026 at the Lahore Expo Centre. The flagship event is set to showcase the immense potential of Pakistan’s chemical industry as a key driver of economic growth, industrial innovation, and global integration.

The PCMA unveiled the event and highlighted its strategic objectives in a press conference here Tuesday. Addressing the media, LCCI President Faheemur Rehman Saigol, Chairman PCMA Haroon Ali Khan and Chairman Expo Committee Ans Mehmood, Abrar Ahmed outlined the vision, scope, and significance of the expo, emphasizing its role in strengthening Pakistan’s industrial landscape and enhancing the country's competitiveness in global markets.

They emphasized that Pakistan possesses the potential to achieve at least USD 5 billion in import substitution and over USD 2 billion in additional exports within the next five years through strategic investments, technology transfer, and development of a world-scale Naphtha Cracker and Petrochemical Complex.

Haroon Ali Khan said the Pakistan Chemical Expo 2026 reflects PCMA’s commitment to positioning Pakistan as a competitive player in the global chemical economy. He said this event will foster new partnerships, accelerate industrial innovation, and support the advancement of Pakistan’s national chemical strategy. Chairman Expo Committee Ans Mehmood said that through this landmark event, PCMA aims to attract international attention to Pakistan’s vast industrial potential while providing local manufacturers with direct access to new markets, advanced technologies, and strategic global partnerships. He added that the Pakistan Chemical Expo 2026 promises to be the premier gathering of industry leaders and stakeholders, shaping the future of Pakistan’s chemical sector and reinforcing its role in the country’s economic transformation. The two-day expo will feature B2B matchmaking sessions, product exhibitions, technical seminars, panel discussions, and policy dialogues, offering stakeholders valuable opportunities to explore emerging trends, technologies, and investment prospects.
