KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-April 14th, 2026) Gold prices on Tuesday witnessed another sharp increase in both domestic and international markets, with the rate of 24-karat gold per tola in Pakistan rising to Rs499,962 after an increase of Rs4,600, according to bullion traders on Tuesday.

All Pakistan Sarafa Association stated that the price of 10 grams of gold also went up by Rs3,943, reaching Rs428,636 in the local market.

Silver prices also moved upward, with the per tola rate increasing by Rs326 to settle at Rs8,260.

In the global market, gold registered an increase of $46 per ounce, pushing the international price to $4,776 amid continued volatility in precious metals.

Market analysts attributed the rise to ongoing fluctuations in global economic conditions and increased investor interest in safe-haven assets. They added that changes in international rates and Currency movements continue to directly impact domestic bullion prices.
