26 held for gambling

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2026) Police claimed on Sunday to have arrested 26 people on gambling

charges from different parts of the district during the last 24 hours.

On a tip-off, the police conducted raids and nabbed 26 people including

Luqman, Wasem, Aleem, Shadab, Ikram, Naveed, Liaqat, Waris, Sharafat, etc.

red handed while gambling through play-cards and pigeon flight.

The police recovered stake money, mobile phones and other paraphernalia

from their possession.

Further action was underway.
