3 killed, 2 critically injured in Charsadda house roof collapse

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2026) At least three people lost their lives on the spot, while two others were critically injured when the roof of a house collapsed in Charsadda on Saturday.

According to details, rescue sources said the incident occurred in the Parang Majuki area of Charsadda, where the roof of a house collapsed, killing three and injuring two, the local news channel reported.

Soon after receiving the report, a Rescue 1122 team rushed to the site and, after pulling the victims from the debris, shifted them to the district headquarters hospital in Charsadda for treatment.

The exact cause of the roof collapse is yet to be ascertained.
