MUZAFFARGARH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th May, 2026) Muzaffargarh district police achieved a major success by arresting three members of the notorious Pitafi Gang and recovering Rs. 550,000 looted money, which was later returned to the complainants.
According to a police spokesperson, SHO Qureshi Police Station Abdul Rauf, along with his team, conducted a targeted operation and arrested the gangsters.

In recognition of performance of police party, DPO Ghazanfar Ali Shah awarded SHO Abdul Rauf with a commendation certificate and cash reward, appreciating his professional dedication and effective policing. He said crime prevention and public safety were top priorities of the district police and assured that indiscriminate operations against criminals would continue.
