WAH CANTT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) A total of 376 laptops on Wednesday were distributed among students at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Taxila under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme during a ceremony .
The event was attended by programme representatives and university officials, including PMYP Punjab Coordinator, Fahad Shahzad, National Youth Council Member, Anwar Rizwan, and Programme Representatives, Jamal Aham and Asfand Yar Khan.

Chief Guest, Aamna Batool said the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme sought to provide young people with educational resources and opportunities to excel in knowledge and research, enabling them to contribute effectively to national development.
She urged students to make productive use of the laptops to enhance their academic, research and creative capabilities.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of laptops to selected students, while shields were presented to guests in recognition of their participation.
