42nd session of Punjab Assembly summoned, notification issued

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Jun, 2026) The 42nd session of Punjab Assembly has been summoned on Monday, June 8 at 2 pm.

According to PA official sources, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has approved the convening of the session.

The session will be presided over by Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan.

A formal notification has also been issued by the Punjab Assembly Secretariat to summon the session, under which the members of the assembly have been directed to attend the session on the scheduled date and time.
