5, 250 intending pilgrims reached Madina through 21 flights

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Apr, 2026) The nationwide Hajj operation has accelerated as 5,250 intending pilgrims have so far reached Madina through 21 flights.

According to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, 3,510 more intending pilgrims will depart for Madina on Tuesday through 13 flights.

The airlift operation is being carried out by Pakistan International Airlines, Saudi Air, Airblue, and Air Sial.

Meanwhile, preparations for pilgrims continue across the country, with ten Hajj camps facilitating phased training sessions, the provision of travel documents, and vaccination services.

To ensure smooth travel and guidance, staff from the Ministry of Religious Affairs have been deployed round the clock at airports in both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
