6.3-magnitude earthquake jolts Islamabad, KP

A magnitude of 6.3 earthquake jolted parts of the country on Friday, with its epicentre in Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

It said the shocks were felt in Islamabad, Chitral, Peshawar, Swat, Shangla.
