AAC visits Gambat to review arrangements for ongoing exams, polio drive

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Apr, 2026) On the directives of Deputy Commissioner, Kohat, Muhammad Nawaz, Additional Assistant Commissioner-III (AAC) Syed Mukhtiar Shah on Tuesday visited key institutions in Tehsil, Gambat to review arrangements for ongoing matriculation examinations and the anti-polio campaign.

During a visit to Government Higher Secondary school Gambat, he inspected examination halls, interacted with students, and assessed the availability of basic facilities.

The AAC stressed the need for transparency in the examination process and directed teachers and staff to strictly prevent cheating and ensure fair and impartial conduct of exams.

Later, he visited the Rural Health Centre (RHC) Gambat, where he instructed the UPEC, chairman to meet assigned targets and ensure the success of the ongoing polio eradication campaign.

He also toured various area of Tehsil Gambat, personally administering polio drops to children and directing vaccination teams to achieve 100 percent coverage by reaching every household.

He emphasized that the campaign must be carried out with full commitment to protect children from the crippling disease.
