Abbasi grieved over martyrdom of policemen in Fateh Khel Attack

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2026) Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, on Sunday, expressed deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of police personnel in the terrorist attack on the Fateh Khel police post.

In a statement, the minister prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and sought eternal peace for the departed souls.

He also extended heartfelt condolences and solidarity to the bereaved families.

Hanif Abbasi prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the attack and said the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its brave security forces in the fight against terrorism.

“Terrorists cannot weaken the resolve of the nation. The sacrifices rendered by the police and security personnel of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are unforgettable,” he said.

The minister reiterated that anti-state elements and their nefarious designs would be defeated at all costs, adding that Pakistan’s security forces remain committed to safeguarding the country and its people.
