AC Paharpur inspects markets, orders strict action against violators

Dera Ismail Khan, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Mar, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Paharpur, Dr. Hamid, conducted a surprise inspection of various shops in Bandkorai to review the prices and quality of food items.

During the inspection, multiple outlets were found selling expired food products.

As a result, two shops were sealed on the spot, while legal action was initiated against the concerned shopkeepers.

The Assistant Commissioner issued strict directives to all traders to refrain from overpricing and the sale of substandard or expired goods.

He emphasized strict compliance with the officially notified price list, warning that violations would lead to continued strict legal action.
