AC Paharpur review Eid cleanliness arrangements

Dera Ismail Khan, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th May, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Paharpur Dr. Hamid paid a surprise visit to various neighborhoods, streets, parks and markets across Tehsil Paharpur to inspect the ongoing cleanliness and sanitation arrangements during Eid-ul-Azha.

During the visit, he reviewed the overall sanitary conditions in different localities and directed the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) staff to immediately remove heaps of sacrificial waste and garbage found at several points.

The assistant commissioner also issued instructions to ensure effective cleanliness operations in residential areas, drains, nullahs and marketplaces in order to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the public.

Despite receiving no public complaints regarding sanitation arrangements, the administration further strengthened monitoring measures and directed sanitation teams to remove all waste from streets and lanes in addition to designated collection points.
