AC reviews beautification plan in Gujrat

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Mar, 2026) On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi, Assistant Commissioner Abdul Qadeer Zarkoon visited the Chenab Bridge toll plaza to review a plantation plan aimed at beautifying the city’s entrance.

During the visit, he inspected various roadside locations suitable for plantation.

He directed private organizations to plant Cassia nodosa trees along the road to improve greenery in the area.

Speaking on the occasion, the assistant commissioner said that making the city’s entry points green and attractive was a top priority of the district administration. He added that the plantation campaign would continue with full commitment.
