AC reviews Muharram Arrangements in Kharian

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jun, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Kharian Ahmed Sher Gondal on Saturday visited Baharwal Imambargah to review arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram, official sources said.

During the visit, he inspected the procession route and reviewed security arrangements put in place to ensure the peaceful conduct of religious gatherings during Muharram.

The assistant commissioner also checked the functioning of CCTV cameras installed along the route and directed the concerned officials to ensure their effective monitoring and uninterrupted operation.

He stressed the importance of close coordination among all relevant departments to maintain law and order,ensure security and facilitate the public during Muharram-ul-Haram.
