ADC orders strict cleanliness measures, inspects school facilities in Chiniot

CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Apr, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner (General)/Administrator and MD Suthra Punjab, Wathiq Abbas Hurl, on Thursday conducted early morning visits to various parts of the city to review cleanliness arrangements and staff attendance, urging strict compliance with sanitation standards.

During the inspections, he directed sanitation staff to ensure daily cleaning routines are completed before the start of public activity, both in the morning and evening. He warned that no negligence or shortcomings would be tolerated, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

The ADC also visited Government Girls Primary School in Warisabad neighbourhood near Lahori Gate, where he reviewed cleanliness conditions, checked attendance of teachers and students, and assessed transparency in the school meal programme.

Officials briefed him on development needs, including the construction of an additional classroom for young students and the filling of vacant posts such as support staff and watchman. On this occasion, Wathiq Abbas Hurl directed immediate implementation of the recommendations to improve educational and facility standards.
