KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jul, 2026) In response to public complaints and under the directives of Deputy Commissioner Kohat, Mohammad Nawaz, a team led by Additional Assistant Commissioner Arooba Iftikhar conducted an inspection of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) shops across various areas of the city.
During the operation, the inspection team visited shops located on Bannu Road, Pindi Road, and the KDA area. The investigation confirmed that LPG was being sold at prices ranging from PKR 340 to PKR 360 per kilogram, which aligns with current open market rates.

The Deputy Commissioner’s office reaffirmed its commitment to monitoring market prices to protect consumers from price gouging and ensuring strict compliance with official regulations.
