Advisor to Ombudsman visits Kot Momin, resolves complaints

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Mar, 2026) Advisor to the Ombudsman Punjab, Regional Office Sargodha, Muhammad Ilyas Gul on Tuesday visited Kot Momin under the “Public Service Program” to directly engage with citizens and address their grievances at their doorstep.

According to the spokesperson for ombudsman Sargodha office here, during the visit, a special session was held where residents presented their complaints and submitted formal applications.

The Advisor listened to the issues and issued on-the-spot instructions to the relevant officials

for prompt resolution.

Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Ilyas Gul said that the initiative has been launched by the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab to facilitate people living in remote areas who are unable to travel to Sargodha or Lahore for redressal of their complaints.

He highlighted that the program is yielding positive results, particularly benefiting women, children, underprivileged individuals, persons with disabilities, and the elderly.
