Agricultural University plays its role for promotion of agriculture, food security of province ; Registrar

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Feb, 2026) Registrar of Sindh Agricultural University Ghulam Muhyiddin Qureshi has said that the Agricultural University is playing its role for the promotion of agriculture and food security of the province including fulfilling the educational standards.

Addressing the maiden session of the new batch to K 26 at the Crop Protection Faculty of Azhar Agricultural University, Registrar Ghulam Muhyiddin Qureshi said that you are a lucky student who has been admitted to the university.

Millions of young people have reached the higher educational institution, now it is your duty to get education as well as develop such strength in yourself that will lead to the economic development and prosperity of the country.

On this occasion, the Dean of Crop Protection Faculty Professor Dr Abdul Mubeen Lodhi addressed the students and said that after reaching the higher educational institution, the student has to broaden his thinking.

t should be the first priority of all, Prof Dr Ismail Kanbhar, speaking on the occasion, said that the agricultural school of Ayindi is always a boon to the builders.

On this occasion, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Khaskheli said that the students admitted to the Crop Protection Faculty have come to become doctors of plants and crops.

During the information and introduction session, librarian Ghulam Haider Joyo, Dr Imtiaz Nizmani, Dr Imran Katri, Dr Ibrahim Kabir, Dr Pyaar Ali Shar and others also informed the students of the new bench of crop protection.
