Alexandria Leclerc hit back at critics this week who claimed she was “nothing” without her association with Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc, responding with a message centred on her own identity, interests, and values.

Alexandria is a French-Mexican-Italian digital creator, art coordinator, and model who married F1 racer Charles Leclerc in a civil ceremony in Monaco this February.

While she has her own hobbies and professional background, some fans have criticised her, suggesting her fame stems solely from her husband, a Monégasque Formula One driver for Scuderia Ferrari.

In a recent Instagram post, one user commented, “You are nothing without Leclerc.”

Since the couple’s engagement in November 2025, the influencer responded for the first time to criticism, saying: “Actually, without my husband, I’m a normal girl, with my normal hobbies, my normal interests, my normal passions, who tries to be as kind as she can. That’s also what I am as his wife”.

She added, “And there’s nothing wrong with that, that’s probably what you are too, and that’s great!”

The influencer also addressed broader expectations around success and careers, saying: “We’re not all meant to be singers, doctors, actresses or athletes, and that doesn’t take away from someone’s value. Who you are as a person, how you treat others and what you choose to do with your free time do so! Reflect”.

Alexandria has often been compared to Charles Leclerc’s previous girlfriend, Charlotte Siné, an architect and lifestyle content creator who frequently attended races and worked as a brand ambassador for Porsche.

Many fans took to Instagram to voice their support for the influencer, saying that no woman deserves to face this kind of hate for simply being married to a global icon—and that she is, and always has been, her own person.

Professionally, Alexandria has a background in the art world. She graduated from the prestigious École du Louvre, specialising in 20th-century art history, and has worked as an art assistant and coordinator in Monte Carlo.

Alongside her work in art, she has also built a presence in fashion and modelling, collaborating with global brands such as Jacquemus, Alo, and Rhode, and appearing in publications including ELLE Mexico, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar Türkiye. More recently, she launched a capsule collection with the fashion brand FRAME during the Miami Grand Prix weekend.
