Alhamra approves staff promotions

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Apr, 2026) The Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra) has approved a series of promotions for employees across various departments on the recommendations of its Departmental Promotion Committee, reaffirming its commitment to merit, transparency and institutional development.

According to an official statement issued here on Tuesday, all promotion cases were reviewed thoroughly and decisions were made on the basis of performance, experience and eligibility, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Under the approved promotions, Muhammad Nadeem has been elevated to Electrical Supervisor (BS-15), Musharraf Khan to AC Supervisor (BS-15), Khizar Hayat to Light Operator (BS-12), and Muhammad Bilal to Stage Assistant (BS-14).

Alhamra Executive Director Muhammad Nawaz Gondal said that timely recognition of talent was essential for the growth of any progressive institution. He added that Alhamra remained committed to rewarding dedication and integrity through a transparent system that empowered employees and enhanced organizational efficiency. He further noted that the Departmental Promotion Committee would continue to meet regularly to ensure deserving employees were provided timely opportunities for career advancement.
