Ambassador Zahra Baloch highlights importance of expanding linkages between Pakistan, France

PARIS, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jun, 2026) Pakistan's ambassador to France Mumtaz Zahra Baloch addressed the Association of Pakistani Francophone Professionals (AFFP) at an event held on Saturday at the embassy.

The ambassador highlighted the importance of expanding linkages between Pakistan, France, and the wider Francophone world, and the critical role that professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, and civil society can play in building bridges, strengthening people-to-people connections and advancing bilateral cooperation.

Appreciating the association’s efforts in fostering professional networking and cultural dialogue, the ambassador also commended the Pakistani diaspora for its active engagement in local democratic processes, including local elections, and its positive contributions to the French society and to the enduring friendship between Pakistan and France.
