RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jun, 2026) The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted three operations in different parts of the country and arrested six suspects, recovering 43.5 kilograMS(kgs) of hashish worth more than Rs 3.2 million.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>According to an ANF spokesperson, during an inter-provincial drug interdiction operation near the Islamabad Toll Plaza, ANF seized 18 kg of hashish from a vehicle and arrested four suspects.
In a separate operation near a hospital on GT Road in Rawalpindi, ANF recovered 8.7 kg of hashish from a rickshaw and apprehended two suspects.
Meanwhile, ANF seized 16.8 kg of hashish from a vehicle near a college in Mansehra during another operation.
The spokesman said cases had been registered under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA), 1997, and further investigations were underway.
