ANF arrests two suspects, seizes 12 kg of drugs near Kala Shah Kaku

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Jun, 2026) The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) arrested two suspects and recovered 12 kilograMS(kgs) of narcotics worth more than Rs 1 million during an operation near Kala Shah Kaku Toll Plaza on Wednesday.

According to an ANF spokesperson, the operation was carried out as part of ongoing efforts to curb drug trafficking across the country.

During the raid, ANF recovered 2.4 kgs of opium and 9.6 kgs of hashish from a vehicle and apprehended two suspects.

A case has been registered against the accused under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA) 1997, while further investigations are underway.
