ASP holds meeting regarding arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jun, 2026) ASP/SDPO City Nawabshah, Madam Dure Tabish, held a meeting at SDPO City Office with representatives of Tazia processions regarding arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram 2026. The purpose of meeting was to review security measures for Tazia processions.

The meeting was attended by SHOs of A-Section Police Station, B-Section Police Station, and Airport Police Station, along with their head muharrars. The Incharge Traffic and Head Muharrar Traffic were also present on the occasion. During meeting, representatives expressed their concerns regarding route management, security, and crowd control during the Tazia processions.

ASP/SDPO, Madam Dure Tabaish, listened to all concerns and assured the participants of full cooperation from Shaheed Benazirabad Police. She directed SHOs and traffic officials to maintain close coordination with the organizers to ensure safety of mourners and smooth flow of traffic. Reaffirming the department’s commitment, ASP/SDPO City said that maintaining law and order while facilitating peaceful religious gatherings remains the top priority of Shaheed Benazirabad Police.
