Assistant commissioner Ghazi inspects hospital, polio training, fuel stations

GHAZI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Mar, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Ghazi, Junaid Aftab, conducted a comprehensive visit to the Type-D Hospital Ghazi to review healthcare facilities and ongoing polio staff training.

During the hospital visit, the Assistant Commissioner carried out a detailed inspection of the available medicine stock, healthcare facilities, and staff attendance record. He issued directives to the staff for further improvements, emphasizing the importance of providing maximum convenience to the public.

While at the hospital, he also participated in the ongoing polio staff training session and issued special instructions to the staff regarding the upcoming polio campaign, highlighting the need for diligence and effective execution.

Later, the Assistant Commissioner reviewed the ADP scheme “Construction of Dental Ward” and assessed its progress.

Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner Junaid Aftab stated that providing the best possible medical facilities to the public at government health centers remains the administration’s top priority.

In a separate visit, the Assistant Commissioner inspected petrol pumps and CNG stations across Tehsil Ghazi. He checked petrol gauges and reviewed fuel stocks to ensure an uninterrupted supply of petrol and CNG to the public. He directed the owners to refrain from illegal profiteering and hoarding, instructing them to ensure the availability of petrol at official rates without disruption.

The district administration reaffirmed its commitment to providing relief to the public, eliminating illegal profiteering, and ensuring quality facilities for citizens as its foremost priorities.
