ATC extends interim bail of PTI leaders, workers in Jinnah House attack case

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2026) An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Thursday extended the interim bail of several PTI leaders and workers till June 17 in connection with the May 9 Jinnah House attack case.

Administrative Judge Manzer Ali Gill conducted the hearing on the interim bail petitions filed by the accused.

PTI leaders and workers, including Ali Imtiaz Warraich, appeared before the court to mark their attendance.

During the proceedings, the prosecution sought more time to present the complete case record. The court directed the prosecution to submit the record at the next hearing and instructed counsel for the parties to appear for arguments.

The accused who have obtained interim bail in the case include Ali Imtiaz Warraich and Owais Younis, while PTI women activists Syeda Fatima and Rukhsana Naveed are also among the petitioners.

Other PTI workers who have filed interim bail petitions include Kamran Saleem, Hasnain Ali, Taqi Khan, Malik Tariq, Ammar Nadeem and Arshad.

The court subsequently adjourned further hearing of the matter until June 17.
