ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2026) An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Thursday rejected the applications filed by PTI lawyers seeking the removal of terrorism provisions in a case pertaining to the torture of Khawer Maneka.
Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the case.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>The court dismissed the applications filed by PTI lawyers Naeem Haider Panjotha, Fathullah Barki, and others seeking the deletion of anti-terrorism charges.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case until July 6.
A case has been registered against the PTI lawyers at Ramna Police Station.
