ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad on Wednesday recorded the statement of another prosecution witness in the case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Rauf Hassan and Ahmed Waqas Janjua, who are accused of having links with terrorists.
Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the case.
During the proceedings, Ahmed Waqas Janjua along with his lawyers appeared before the court.
The prosecution produced one additional witness whose statement was recorded. The defence counsel also completed the cross-examination of one witness.
Meanwhile, a request for exemption from personal appearance was filed on behalf of Rauf Hassan, which the court approved. Subsequently, the court adjourned further proceedings in the case until May 16.
