ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jul, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner General Attock, Anil Saeed, has said that, in line with the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the supply of petroleum products across Attock district remains normal, with no reports of fuel shortages or hoarding received from any part of the district.
He made these remarks during visits to various petrol pumps in Attock city. District Officer Industries, along with other relevant officers and officials, accompanied him during the inspection.
The ADCG reviewed the availability of petroleum products, the overall supply situation, and the facilities being provided to consumers at different filling stations.
Anil Saeed stated that the district administration is continuously monitoring the supply and availability of petroleum products to ensure uninterrupted fuel distribution.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>He directed the concerned officers to maintain a steady supply at all petrol pumps so that the public does not face any inconvenience.
He warned that hoarding, profiteering, or any attempt by petrol pump owners or individuals to create an artificial shortage of petroleum products would not be tolerated. He instructed officials to continue regular inspections of petrol pumps and take immediate action on any complaints.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner General also appealed to citizens to avoid unnecessary stockpiling of petroleum products and to promptly report any complaints to the district administration. He reiterated that the district administration is taking all possible measures to ensure the uninterrupted availability of essential commodities for the public.
