ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th May, 2026) The district administration of Attock has finalized preparations for cleanliness and environmental protection measures ahead of Eidul Azha, focusing on timely waste disposal and hazard control across sensitive locations.

A meeting of the World Hazard Control Committee was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Anil Saeed at the DC Office on Wednesday, attended by representatives from various departments, including the Pakistan Air Force, civil administration, and the Suthra Punjab Programme.

During the meeting, participants discussed a coordinated strategy for the disposal of animal offal and sacrificial waste to ensure a clean and healthy environment for citizens during Eidul Azha.

Officials were directed to implement an effective waste management system to prevent environmental pollution.

The ADCG emphasized special cleanliness operations in sensitive areas such as Kamra Cantonment and airport zones, instructing departments to maintain strict monitoring during Eid days. He said all relevant institutions must work in coordination to ensure immediate disposal of sacrificial remains and uphold sanitation standards in line with the Chief Minister’s vision.
