He was addressing a prestigious and patriotic ceremony titled “National Tribute to Ghazis & Heroes of Marka-e-Haq” held at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) Auditorium.
Organized by PNCA under the National Heritage and Culture Division, the event brought together distinguished guests, artists, and members of civil society to honor the unparalleled sacrifices of the nation’s martyrs and Ghazis.
A specially produced documentary on Marka-e-Haq was screened, highlighting the courage, professionalism, and extraordinary sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces, evoking deep emotions and a renewed sense of national pride among the audience.
Director General PNCA Muhammad Ayoub Jamali, in his welcome address, underscored that nations draw strength and continuity from the sacrifices of their martyrs and Ghazis.
He reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to promoting cultural heritage and fostering national unity through meaningful initiatives.
The minister also lauded the leadership of the Pakistan Armed Forces for their professionalism and steadfast role in ensuring the country’s sovereignty, security, and stability.
A special visual presentation honoring the martyrs and Ghazis further moved the audience, with the auditorium resonating with chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Fauj Paindabad.”
The event also featured vibrant cultural performances, including the widely appreciated “Medley of Pakistan,” showcasing the country’s rich cultural diversity and harmony. Renowned artists Shaina Ali, Bano Rehmat, Zafar Khan, Akhtar Chanal, and Hadiya Hashmi captivated the audience with their performances.
At the conclusion, participants reaffirmed their collective resolve to honor the sacrifices of the martyrs and Ghazis and to contribute towards the peace, progress, and prosperity of the country.
