Babar Yousafzai condemns Mastung attack

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2026) The Special Assistant to Home Department Babar Khan Yousafzai has condemned the tragic killing of Session Judge Abdul Hakeem Kakar and his security guard Muhammad Zaman in Mastung.

Expressing deep sorrow, Babar Yousafzai extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the martyrs and injured.

Baba also prayed for the swift recovery of Additional Session Judge Tariq Lashari and others injured in the firing incident.

The relevant institutions, he said, have been directed to provide the wounded with the best possible medical facilities.

Calling the attack a cowardly act of terrorism, Babar Yousafzai said those responsible do not deserve any leniency. He assured that law enforcement agencies will bring the perpetrators to justice and ensure they face their logical end under the law.

He emphasized that such attacks cannot shake the resolve of the state. The Balochistan government and security agencies remain determined to eliminate terrorism completely, reaffirming their commitment to safeguarding the lives and property of citizens.
