Best arrangements to be made in parks during Eid-Ul-Adha: MD MHA

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th May, 2026) Managing Director Multan Horticulture Agency (MHA), Syed Waseem Hassan said that exemplary arrangements will be ensured in all parks during Eid-ul-Adha to facilitate citizens and provide a safe and pleasant environment for families.

Presiding over a review meeting here on Friday, he said that it has been decided that officers and employees of the agency will perform duties throughout the Eid holidays. Tasks were assigned to ensure effective security measures, cleanliness, and improved management across all parks.

The Managing Director directed that mechanical rides in parks will be allowed to operate only after obtaining proper fitness certificates. A dedicated committee has been formed to inspect rides and verify safety standards before Eid celebrations.

He further instructed officials to regulate temporary stalls through proper advertisement procedures and ensure compliance with established rules.

He emphasized that encroachments around parks will not be tolerated, adding that strict action will be taken against illegal parking stands and overcharging under a zero-tolerance policy.

To enhance security, coordination with city police and traffic police will be ensured during Eid days. Special security arrangements will be implemented in family parks to provide a secure recreational environment.

The agency will also undertake beautification and decoration of parks, green belts, and jogging tracks ahead of Eid-ul-Adha.

Authorities have initiated comprehensive measures to improve public facilities and ensure maximum convenience for visitors during the festive occasion.
