Blind murder traced, wife, son, daughter arrested

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2026) Khurarianwala police have solved a blind murder and arrested wife of the deceased man, his son, daughter and son-in-law on murder charges.

Police spokesman said that body of one Ramzan was found from a sewerage drain about one week ago as the ill-fated man was killed under mysterious circumstances.

City Police Officer (CPO) Sahibzada Bilal Umar after receiving information directed the police trace out blind murder and ensure immediate arrest of the culprits involved in this heinous crime.

Therefore, a special team was constituted under the supervision of SHO Khurarianwala who worked day and night and traced out the blind murder.

The police took Sahida Bibi wife of the slain, his son Abu Huraira, daughter Tayyabah Shehzadi and son-in-law Hamza into custody over suspicious but the accused during initial interrogation confessed the offence of murder.

The accused revealed that Tayyabah Shehzada had contracted love marriage with Hamza against the will of her father some time ago. Therefore, Ramzan strictly prohibited Tayyabah to enter in his house and boycotted her. Over this issue, the girl in connivance with her mother Shahida Bibi, brother Abu Huraira and spouse Hamza evolved a plan and killed her father under mysterious circumstances.

The police locked the accused behind bars while further investigation was under progress, police spokesman added.
