BRA seals three restaurants, cafes for non-compliance tax laws in Quetta

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) On the vision of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Finance Minister Balochistan Mir Shoaib Ahmed Noshirwani and directive of Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) Chairperson Abdullah Khan, BRA is working tirelessly to ensure the implementation of Sales Tax on Services laws in Balochistan, under which the BRA team sealed three restaurants/cafes for non-compliance with tax laws on Wednesday.

The centers to be sealed include T4U, Zamzama Cafe and Bat Karahi. According to the authority, the above-mentioned places were not following the rules related to registration, point of sale system integration, tax return filing and tax payment, for which action was taken as per the law.

BRA has directed all business centers to strictly adhere to tax laws, connect their POS systems with the authority and pay their dues along with the timely submission of tax returns to avoid any legal action.
