Burglary gang busted, stolen valuables recovered

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Mar, 2026) The district police have arrested a two-member gang involved in theft and burglary incidents and recovered stolen valuables, police said on Thursday.

According to details, R.A. Bazar police conducted an operation and apprehended the suspects, recovering gold ornaments worth Rs. 2,90,000.

0, a laptop, a mobile phone and cash amounting to Rs. 15,000.0 from their possession.

Police said the arrested individuals were previously involved in multiple cases of theft, burglary and fraud and had a criminal record.

SP Potohar Sardar Babar Mumtaz Khan said the suspects would be challaned in court with solid evidence, adding that those involved in crimes against citizens would not escape the law.
