BZU hosts solidarity walk on Marka-e-Haq anniversary

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) A dignified display of unity, solidarity, and national commitment was witnessed at Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), where a large number of students and faculty members participated in a solidarity walk under the theme “Marka-e-Haq – Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.”

The walk was led by the VC Prof Dr Muhammad Zubair Iqbal, and aimed to promote resilience, responsibility, and collective strength. Prominent faculty members, including Dr Mubarak Akbar, Dr Fawad Rasool, and Dr Basit Nadeem, were also in attendance along with a large gathering of teaching staff.

Around 25 Zakariya student societies actively took part in the event under the supervision of Student Activities Coordinator Ms Warda Batool.

Students expressed their sentiments through impactful and purpose-driven posters, reflecting their commitment to national unity and shared values.

Participants from various academic departments joined the walk, making it a vibrant and meaningful event. The strong turnout underscored a collective determination to promote truth, unity, and a stable future.
