CDA holds vigil to mark 'Mark-e-Haq'

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th May, 2026) The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad organized a vigil at F-9 Park, Islamabad, on Friday to mark the first anniversary of the successful "Battle of Truth" operation.

The children of Pakistan Sweet Home and its Cadet College students participated fully in the ceremony.

The children saluted the Pakistan Army on the great success of the Battle of Truth and the completion of one year. They also performed a magnificent parade to pay tribute to the Armed Forces of Pakistan and expressed their happiness over this historic national achievement.

The ceremony was attended by Chairman Pakistan Sweet Home, Zamrud Khan (Hilal-e-Imtiaz), Owner of Savour Foods Haji Naeem, Director Municipal Administration Anam Fatima, and other dignitaries.

On this occasion, Chairman Pakistan Sweet Home, Zamrud Khan, said that the Battle of Truth is a symbol of pride and success for Pakistan.

He stated that a befitting response was given to the enemy so that no one would ever dare to cast a malicious eye on Pakistan. He also highly praised the sacrifices and bravery of the Pakistan Army.

Zamrud Khan expressed special gratitude to the CDA administration and Islamabad Police for organizing this magnificent event on the occasion of the annual celebration of the victory of the Battle of Truth and for making excellent arrangements.
