CFC Abbottabad offers multiple government services under one roof: Kashif Ali

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) The Citizen Facilitation Center (CFC) in Abbottabad is providing over 30 services from five different district departments at a single location, offering citizens easy access to essential government services, officials said.

Muhammad Kashif Ali, in charge of the center, explained that the CFC was established to save the public the hassle of visiting multiple offices, allowing them to complete tasks such as applying for birth certificates, domiciles, death certificates, and other important documents in one place.

He added that all applications are properly recorded, and applicants can track the progress or status of their requests, ensuring both transparency and convenience.

To further assist citizens, a dedicated counter has been set up for persons with special needs, while female staff are available to help women applicants access services and receive guidance more easily. The center’s staff remain on hand at all times to guide citizens and ensure the timely processing of applications according to established procedures.
