Charge sheet filed against PTI founder in foreign funding case

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) In a significant development in the prohibited funding case against the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and others, the charge sheet has been submitted before the relevant banking court.

According to details, the PTI founder has been named as the main accused in the foreign funding case. The Registrar's Office has started the scrutiny process of the charge sheet.

The foreign funding case against the PTI founder is scheduled for a hearing on Thursday (tomorrow).
