SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali on Tuesday directed authorities to enforce a zero-tolerance policy against unfair means in examinations,stressing that cheating and other illegal practices would not be tolerated under any circumstances.

He issued the directives during a surprise visit to Government Shuhada APS Memorial High school examination centre,where Class IX annual examinations were being conducted under the board of Intermediate and Secondary education Sargodha.

According to a spokesperson for the Commissioner’s office,Hafiz Shaukat Ali reviewed the examination process in detail and inspected attendance of examination staff, security arrangements and transparency measures in place at the center.

He also visited examination halls to assess facilities being provided to students and instructed officials to ensure discipline and transparency at all examination centers in order to uphold merit and maintain the credibility of the examination system.

The commissioner reiterated that ensuring a fair and transparent examination process in line with Punjab government directives remained a top priority, adding that no negligence would be tolerated in this regard.
