The initiative will upgrade services in 100 medical centers, marking a significant milestone in strengthening healthcare delivery for mothers and infants.
Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti praised China’s cooperation, describing the project as a shining example of Pak-China friendship and mutual collaboration.
In his statement, Sarfraz Bugti said, “We are grateful to the Government of China for this important partnership. This project reflects the strong ties between our two nations and will ensure better care for mothers and children, making maternal and child health a top priority in the province.
”
Officials highlighted that the program is designed to make maternal and child care systems more effective, while ensuring access to quality medical services for the public. Sarfraz Bugti reaffirmed that the provincial government is utilizing all available resources to bring substantial improvements to the health sector.
He further emphasized that Pak-China friendship is a guarantee of progress and prosperity, with joint efforts delivering facilities to citizens across multiple sectors, including healthcare. Sarfraz Bugti pledged that the scope of such projects will be expanded to benefit more communities, ensuring that Balochistan continues on the path of development and well-being.
