City receives rain

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Mar, 2026) Cloudy conditions accompanied by moderate, scattered rain were observed across the city on Sunday, while the Met. office forecast similar weather over the next 24 hours.

Rainfall was recorded in several areas, including Jail Road, Gulberg, Shahdara, Ravi Road, Township, Green Town, Model Town, Peco Road, Johar Town, Muslim Town, Ichra, Chauburji, Multan Road, Ferozpur Road, DHA and Cantonment.

Rain was also reported in various cities of Punjab, while overcast skies made the weather pleasant in different parts of Lahore. The MET office has predicted intermittent rain in Lahore until March 31.

Following the rainfall, cool winds began to blow, further improving the weather conditions in the city. Officials said the minimum temperature was recorded at 18°C, while the maximum reached 23°C. Wind speed stood at 18 km/h, and humidity levels rose to 65 percent.
