SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2026) The Punjab Council of the Arts (PCA) Sargodha Division would host a painting competition titled "Colors of Peace" on April 22 at 12:00 PM to foster artistic expression and promote a message of harmony among the residents of the division.
According to a spokesperson of the Sargodha Arts Council on Sunday, the competition is open exclusively to creators from the Sargodha division with no restrictions on age or the artistic medium used.
Interested artists are required to register by April 20 at 4:00 PM through a Google form available on the "Sargodha Arts Council" Facebook page or by visiting the council's office located on District Court Road.
The spokesperson further informed that the deadline for submitting fully framed paintings is April 21 by 4:00 PM, and participants must present their work on canvases ranging from 20x30 to 24x36 inches.
Cash prizes of Rs 100,000, Rs 75,000, and Rs 50,000 will be awarded to the first, second, and third-place winners, respectively, with all prize amounts being inclusive of applicable taxes.
He said that the judges' decision would be final and all submitted framed paintings would become the property of the Sargodha Arts Council.
