FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th May, 2026) Divisional Commissioner Musarrat Jabeen has ordered for beautification and protection of decorative cultural models installed at Jhang Road Bypass Chowk in Bhowana and said that such landmarks project rich rural heritage of the region besides creating a positive impression for visitors entering the tehsil.
During her visit to Bhowana, she inspected the aesthetically designed models depicting rural culture that have been installed at the prominent entry point of the Tehsil.
She appreciated the initiative aimed at highlighting local traditions and enhancing the area's visual appeal.
Expressing satisfaction over the initiative, the Divisional Commissioner directed the authorities to further enhance the surroundings by carrying out plantation around the models and developing green belts with grass to create a more attractive and environmentally friendly atmosphere.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>She said that the beautifully crafted models at the entrance of the Tehsil reflected cultural heritage of the area and helped create a welcoming image for residents and visitors alike.
She also emphasized the need to protect the installations from damage and directed the concerned departments to take effective preservation measures.
She ordered the installation of iron fencing around the site to ensure the safety and longevity of the cultural landmarks.
She said that beautification projects not only improve the urban landscape but also promote local identity and civic pride, adding that efforts should continue to maintain and enhance public spaces across the district.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chiniot Madam Ayesha Rizwan briefed the Divisional Commissioner on various beautification measures undertaken to improve the landscape and promote the cultural identity of the region.
