Commissioner SBA impose Section 144 to ensure peaceful conduct of annual exams

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Apr, 2026) Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad (SBA) Division, Shahmeer Khan Bhutto, on Saturday issued a notification imposing Section 144 in order to prevent cheating and ensure peaceful conduct of annual examinations for Higher Secondary school Certification Part-I & II, (Class XI and XII) conducted by Shaheed Benazirabad education Board.

According to notification, Section 144 would be enforced at all 123 examination centers across the Division from April 21 to May 5, 2026. It was further stated that Chairman Shaheed Benazirabad Education board had recommended the enforcement of Section 144 during the examinations.

Under this order, entry into examination centers would be strictly prohibited for all unrelated individuals. Only candidates appearing in the exams and authorized staff on duty would be allowed inside the premises.

Additionally, the use of photocopy machines near examination centers during exam hours would also be banned. Strict legal action would be taken against anyone found violating these directives.
