SWAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Mar, 2026) Commissioner Swat Masood Ahmed on Tuesday chaired a meeting at the Commissioner’s Office to review the repatriation of Afghan nationals residing illegally in the region.

The meeting was attended by senior civil and military officials, including Brig Aamir and Regional Police Officer Malakand Syed Fida Hassan Shah. Deputy commissioner and district police officer Swat were present, with officials from Shangla, Buner, Malakand, Mardan, and Swabi districts joining via video link.

They briefed participants on measures taken so far regarding the repatriation process.

The meeting assessed coordination among district administrations and implementation of government directives.
